Please Note:
  • Industry Personnel MUST register at the Industry Personnel rate if they are employed by industry. This applies to MD, DO, PhD, NP, etc. who are employed by industry. If one registers in the incorrect category but then cancels, the below cancellation policy will apply. 
  • Dermatologists (MD/DO) who graduated in 2022, 2023, or 2024 can attend complimentary but must upload an image of their dermatology residency diploma to confirm their graduation year. 
  • Residents/Fellows may be asked to provide a letter from program director/medical school on letterhead confirming good standing. In these cases, registration is NOT complete until we receive the letter.​​
  • ​A fellow is defined as a dermatologist who has completed a dermatology residency and is currently in a fellowship program (i.e. Mohs surgery, procedural, dermatopathology, pediatric dermatology, laser, or cosmetics).​
  • Registration is complimentary for the first 25 NPs and PAs in dermatology or aesthetic medicine who graduated in 2022-2024. A diploma is required to verify graduation year and proof of practice in dermatology or aesthetic medicine.​​​
  • ​Discount codes cannot be honored retroactively.​
  • Due to space limitations, medical students are not allowed to register unless they submit a regular poster (not e-poster) which is selected for a top poster presentation.  If the medical student is invited to register, the registration fee is $150.  Medical students who submit only an e-poster are not eligible to register for the symposium. 
Cancellation/Refund Policy​
Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium are accepted with a $75 processing fee.  There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium. Refunds will not be issued to no-show attendees. Substitutions are allowed with a processing fee of $50. All cancellation notifications must be made in writing to [email protected]. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
