Lisa Akintilo MD MPH

Lisa Akintilo MD MPH is a board-certified dermatologist who completed her medical school training at Northwestern University and dermatology residency at New York University. She is a current American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellow in Coral Gables, FL and will be starting as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at New York University in Fall 2023. Dr. Akintilo has substantial clinical and research interests in lasers and energy-based devices, pigmentary disorders, acne, global health, and mitigating healthcare disparities. She has a strong background in public health and is passionate about connecting and collaborating with medical peers across the globe. She is also an advocate for community partnerships, medical education, and mentorship.
