Margaret Brown, MD

​Margaret Brown, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Dell Medical School. A native Austinite and graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Brown happily returned to Austin to join the Division of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery in 2020 after completing her medical school and dermatology residency at UT Health San Antonio, where she served as chief resident in her final year.  Brown practices general dermatology with Ascension Medical Group where she  enjoys seeing patients of all ages and teaching. Some of her interests include geriatric dermatology, hair disorders, the patient experience, and physician wellness.
