Linda Stein Gold, MD Director, Dermatology Clinical Research Henry Ford Health System Detroit, Michigan Linda Stein Gold is Director of Dermatology Clinical Research for the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan. She is also Division Head of Dermatology for the Henry Ford Health System in West Bloomfield, Michigan. She received her medical degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, completed an internship in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and was Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Stein Gold is the Vice President of the American Academy of Dermatology. She will take office as Vice President at the conclusion of the 2022 Annual Meeting Dr. Stein Gold has completed her service on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Executive, Priorities, Corporate Relations, and Budget Committees. She has authored more than 200 articles published in journals including the New England Journal of Medicine and Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Stein Gold is a frequent national and international lecturer on the areas of psoriasis, alopecia, viral infections, atopic dermatitis, and fungal infections. Her recent research has focused on treatments for papulopustular rosacea, acne vulgaris, plaque-type psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and alopecia areata. |
