Please Note:
​
  • Industry Personnel can be MD, DO, PhD, NP, etc. and must register at the Industry Personnel rate if they are employed by industry.
  • Dermatologists who graduated in 2021 - 2023 can attend complimentary but must upload an image of their dermatology residency diploma to confirm their graduation year. 
  • Residents/Fellows may be asked to provide a letter from program director/medical school on letterhead confirming good standing. In these cases, registration is NOT complete until we receive the letter.
  • A fellow is defined as a dermatologist who has completed a dermatology residency and is currently in a fellowship program (i.e. Mohs surgery, procedural, dermatopathology, pediatric dermatology, laser, or cosmetics).
  • ​A research fellow is defined as a physician who has completed an internship and is conducting research but not yet completed a residency.​
  • All free registrations must book a 2-night minimum reservation in the conference hotel room block by the cut-off date.  If a 2-night minimum reservation is not made, then the registered attendee accepts to pay the Regular Rate for their category. 
  • Discount codes cannot be honored retroactively.

​Cancellation/Refund Policy​
Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium are accepted with a $75 processing fee.  There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium. Refunds will not be issued to no-show attendees. Substitutions are allowed with a processing fee of $50. All cancellation notifications must be made in writing to [email protected]. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
