Please Note:
  • Industry Personnel can be MD, DO, PhD, NP, etc. and must register at the Industry Personnel rate if they are employed by industry.
  • Dermatologists who graduated in 2021 can attend complimentary but must upload an image of their dermatology residency diploma to confirm their graduation year. 
  • Residents/Fellows may be asked to provide a letter from program director/medical school on letterhead confirming good standing. In these cases, registration is NOT complete until we receive the letter.​​
  • The first 50 dermatology residents/fellows are eligible for free registration. Non-dermatology residents/fellows are not eligible for free registration.   • ​A fellow is defined as a dermatologist who has completed a dermatology residency and is currently in a fellowship program (i.e. Mohs surgery, procedural, dermatopathology, pediatric dermatology, laser, or cosmetics).
  • A research fellow is defined as a physician who has completed an internship and is conducting research but not yet completed a residency.
  • Medical students are not eligible to register to attend. 
  • Discount codes cannot be honored retroactively.
Cancellation/Refund Policy​
Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium are accepted with a $50 processing fee.  There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium. Refunds will not be issued to no-show attendees. Substitutions are allowed with a processing fee of $50. All cancellation notifications must be made in writing to [email protected]. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
