Hotel Parking Self-parking is available for $30/night for SDDS attendees at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. If you are staying at the hotel overnight, the parking will be discounted automatically. If you are not staying at the hotel and plan on driving in and out each day, please see the SDDS staff at the SDDS registration desk to get a validation sticker.
Who should attend? The San Diego Dermatology Symposium® is an annual educational conference designed for dermatologists, dermatology residents, primary care physicians, physicians involved in the care of patients with skin diseases, dermatology physician assistants, and dermatology nurse practitioners.
How many hours of CME/CE does the Symposium offer? The symposium will offer 15 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
What is included in the meeting? The following is included in the registration fee:
Access to the educational sessions
Access to the exhibit hall to meet in person with industry partners
Access to industry supported product theaters
Meals during the symposium including breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a reception on Friday evening, and breaks on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
The ability to claim CME/CE credit for the sessions you attended
Complimentary registration to SCS+SISD taking place virtually. Participation in this meeting comes with an additional 15 hours of CME credit complimentary!
Registration Desk Hours The Registration Desk will be in the foyer of the Indigo Ballroom. The desk will be open during the following hours:
Friday, February 17 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Saturday, February 18 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Sunday, February 19 7:00 am – 12:45 pm
Can I bring a guest? Guests are not permitted to attend the educational sessions or special events. Guests are welcome to come and stay at the hotel with attendees.
What is the attire for the Symposium? Attire is business casual. The meeting rooms tend to be cool, so attendees are encouraged to bring a jacket or sweater while in sessions.
What is the cancellation policy for the Symposium? Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium are accepted with a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium. Refunds will not be issued to no-show attendees. Substitutions are allowed with a processing fee of $50. All cancellation notifications must be made in writing to SDDS@dermrefoundation.org. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
