Notes
- Industry Personnel MUST register at the Industry Personnel rate if they are employed by industry. This applies to MD, DO, PhD, NP, etc. who are employed by industry. If one registers in the incorrect category but then cancels, the below cancellation policy will apply.
- Dermatologists (MD/DO) who graduated in 2022 (from either residency or fellowship)/Residents/Fellows/Students may be asked to provide a letter from program director/medical school on letterhead confirming good standing. In these cases, registration is NOT complete until we receive the letter.
- Students who qualify are medical students and students of PA or NP programs. In the event we go over our limit, priority will be given to 4th>3rd>2nd>1st year medical students. Students will be placed on a wait list and will be contacted two weeks prior to the meeting to be notified of their registration status. A fellow is defined as a dermatologist who has completed a dermatology residency and is currently in a fellowship program (i.e. Mohs surgery, procedural, dermatopathology, pediatric dermatology, laser, or cosmetics).
- International attendees will be placed on a wait list and will be contacted two weeks prior to the meeting to be notified of their registration status.
- Discount codes cannot be honored retroactively.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium are accepted with a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium. Refunds will not be issued to no-show attendees. Substitutions are allowed with a processing fee of $25. All cancellation notifications must be made in writing to [email protected]. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
